Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 7 business days. 

 Shipments and orders received over the weekends of holidays will be processed on the following work day. During the start and immediate end of the season, we normally experience high order volumes and may experience delays. We will normally post on our webpage and social media when these delays occur.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping is charged a flat $5.00 fee for domestic (48 lower states) shipping per item.  We do not ship internationally.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We may charge an actual fee (additional fee) for shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You may receive an email notification of order shipment and tracking information. Please remember to check your spam email address for this information.

Damages

Westside Rugby Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We do not ship internationally.

Returns Policy

While we do offer returns, please review our refund policy for specific information and guidelines. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping a return, and should remail to recieve a RMA code prior to making a return. Refunds or exchanges will be determined by Westside Rugby Store, and returns may take upto 30 days to be completed. Customers can expect to see a full refund if authorized withing 14 days.
